  • Do not use oil based makeup remover prior to the eyelash application.

  • Plan to set aside 2-3 hours for your initial appointment.

  • For both of our safety, it's advised that you are to complete a patch test 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. This will ensure you will not have a reaction from the adhesives.

General Information & Policies

 * please review some important information and policies

Do's

  • Wash your lashes everyday! Like your face, you want to ensure you are cleaning all debris and dirt off your lashes. This will prevent bacterial infections such as styes, blephbitis and irritation.

  • Wash your extensions with a foam lash shampoo or a gentle oil free cleanser (such as baby shampoo) and with a eyelash extension brush cleanser.  Then, allow to completely dry before you comb it out with the mascara wand provided. Volume fans will collapse if combed when wet.

  • Comb your lashes everyday! This will ensure your extensions remain tangle free, and maintains retention. Your fan, will stay fans and allows your natural lashes to grow without any disruption!

  • Use water based makeup remover.

  • DO love your lashes. :)

Don't's

  • Avoid oil based makeup, removers and skin products. Oil based removers can cause the breakdown of the adhesive resulting in short lived lashes.

  • No picking or pulling your lashes.

  • Avoid wearing mascara (you won't need it!).

  • Don't use an eyelash curler (again, you won' need it!)

  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach or sides. This will help the retention of your lashes.

  • Please do not come into appointment if you suspect or know you have an eye infection, or after any kind of eye surgery- you will be turned away. This ensures you, me and all the clients are safe.

  • Come in your fill appointments with less than 40% of lashes- if we do note any retention issues, you may need to come in 1 week earlier.
